Who We Are

CCS Horizon is an IT support company that has been in business since 1996. Our systems engineers are certified experts who have extensive experience in technologies ranging from Linux and Apple to Microsoft enterprise networks and work with a variety of technologies in diverse and complex environments.

Since our inception, our business model has evolved with the times to include full managed services, specialized industry support, cybersecurity service and software, and a variety of new product sales and service. However, our core principles remain the same.

We have some basic principles that have guided our company, which are infused in our day to day dealings with customers and, indeed, in everything we do:

Whether making recommendations about hardware and software or simply choosing methods and options to minimize costs to our customers, we believe that the work we do should be for the customer's benefit and not simply for the sake of a sale. We seek to earn the customer's trust in everything we do, and we understand that we can never take such trust for granted.

  • Affordability. We seek to provide the highest value for our customers in both sales and service. In fact, when less expensive equivalent options are available for our customers, such as sales of equipment or software through other vendors, we will always recommend the best value, regardless of where the sale originates.

  • Knowledgeable People. All of our techs have been selected for their skill, intelligence, and ability to communicate with customers. Knowledgeable, articulate individuals lower the cost of doing business for our customers, because our technicians are experts who get the job done quickly and correctly.

  • Accessibility. Our job is to support our customers and be available when they need us. Customers on maintenance plans are assigned technicians and have direct access, via email and cell phones, at any time. Additionally, our techs are on-call and ready to back each other up at any given time. We will be accessible and available for our customers.
